I have not come across I company where 3 managers have left job whilst handling one issue. Now the lady manager at wordans doesn't email back or answer the call. I am stuck for almost a year for my refund which was promised by the manager.

Excellent! Placed my order and it took just over a week to arrive. I was sent tracking so could keep up to date where it was.
I am very happy with the items I ordered and received - Jute bags, canvas sacks etc.
Will definitely order again. Thank you!

Awful Experience
The experience we've had with Wordan's has been awful. We placed an order for 1 sample baseball cap over 10 weeks ago for the order to never arrive. The customer service is appalling, emails are rarely responded to, so we've constantly had to chase them for updates on the order and now a refund. Avoid them at all costs.
Update: After initially posting my review, Wordan's reached out almost instantly to offer a refund, the fastest communication I've had during my entire experience with them. They claimed to have issued a refund but 2 weeks has since passed and we've received nothing and like previously there has been a complete drop off in communication from their side.

Wow placed an order yesterday and received my products this morning. Now that's quick service for you.
I contacted them yesterday for some advice before placing my order and ken was very very helpful.
Will be contacting again for a cotton poly blend and to be placing another order.

Same as the other person on here if I’d have known it was a company in France I would not have bought anything . What makes you laugh the postal service spring is an arm of The Royal Mail . Why does the parcel come via The Hague . It all seems dodgy Iam glad I didn’t spend a huge amount of money .
It all right Customer Services saying it’s beyond our control but they’ve got our money .
Iam not expecting to receive anything my parcel will have gone to the same place that Evri s have gone dumped somewhere in Holland .

4 weeks later and still not arrived
4 weeks later and still not arrived. Tracking says in customs and has been for 10 days ? If I had known it was coming from abroad I would not have ordered.

I have been ordering from Wordans for about 7 months now and can’t fault their service
Orders arrive on time and I always receive notification.
I have only had to contact Customer Services twice and on each occasion Kenneth has been extremely helpful and got back to me straight away ☺️

Really poor experience
Bad experience. Bought a number of items, some of which I had to return. Customer service was appalling and slow. When they eventually sent a return slip and details, I sent back what wasn't needed, but they only refunded me for one item. I then followed up but received no response. I sent proof of package being sent back and items enclosed but unfortunately, the customer service team seem to ignore you once you've purchased. Wouldn't but from them again. Feel like they have taken money off me and I have nothing in return. Poor experience

Ordered £275 of caps six weeks ago took them four weeks to tell me they had been lost they offered me a refund , two weeks later no money they have not answered my emails and there customers service department is closed indefinitely. STAY CLEAR
Half payment received .
Promised other half within 10 working days now 14 days passes and still they ignore my emails .
Yes that is one order two where made and I have only received one refund
Don’t take into account reshipping.
Was very quick with a response for the issue however didn’t take into consideration that me ordering the item again would mean I have to pay £8.05 shipping to replace the item they sent which wasn’t the right size.

Great quality,amazing customer service
Been using wordans for about a year now. Great jumper and tshirts. Fast delivery.
Recently had a problem with one delivery through no fault of wordans.
Meabh was great with he communication and keeping me up dated and the matter was soon resolved. In a situation like that communication is key thanks again for great service .

Excellent service. Have made several orders from Wordans over the last year. For the many times I've ordered I've only had one minor issue of a wrong colour hoodie being sent. This was swiftly replaced by the customer service team. Highly recommend them

I am extremely happy with the service received today as Ken was patient, understanding and supportive with my query. I am happy with the quality of the products and also the customer service. I would recommend WORDAN'S as trustworthy company.

Poor quality merchandise
Having placed an order for 10 tshirts, I received these at the end of July. It is now early September, and the seams on 2 of the T-shirts have unravelled.
After contacting customer services, I was told that as this is outside of their 14 days return policy, there is nothing that they can do.
Poor quality and poor customer service. Never again ?♂️
Further update: after replying to customer services, they contacted me to apologise and say that after further review, they were happy to refund for the damaged items. I’ve therefore increased the review score from 2* to 3*
